John Boyle is President of the PrintNZ Board. John has been a member of the PrintNZ Mainland Executive since 2005 and joined the PrintNZ Board in 2009. John jointly owns and manages a print company in Christchurch.
“I also see my role as offering a sounding block for Joan and her team at PrintNZ to grow the membership base and make sure we offer relevant support for our Members.”
Ruth Cobb is the General Manager of PrintNZ.
Ruth’s experience and expertise in the industry enable her to provide advice and practical assistance to Members on a wide range of issues, with a special focus on the area of employment law.
"Our industry is made up of businesses that range from the very small owner/operator through to large multi-nationals that all produce a variety of fantastic work and it is very rewarding to be able to work with the people in these businesses. We all have the same goal – to promote print as a positive communication tool and ensure that we have a strong and vibrant industry and it is exciting to be part of this."
Colleen de Boer
Colleen de Boer is Office Manager for PrintNZ and the Communications and Media ITO.
Colleen carries out a wide range of administrative tasks that enable the organisations to run smoothly.
Heather Letfus is a Membership Coordinator for PrintNZ.
In this role Heather visits Members and provides advice, PrintNZ updates and information on issues affecting businesses.
"I enjoy visiting Members in the workplace to provide any assistance required. As a former business owner within the industry, I understand the issues our Members face and enjoy the challenge of helping companies through providing information and advice where applicable."
Glenda Keegan is a Membership Coordinator for PrintNZ.
In this role Glenda visits Members and provides advice, PrintNZ updates and information on issues affecting businesses.
"One of the highlights of my role is forming relationships with Members as we get to know each other over time. I enjoy the variety that this role has to offer and being associated with an industry that is fundamental to everyday life.
"I’m excited about the potential opportunities that lay ahead with regards to being able to help Members with Lean Manufacturing and also Health and Safety."
Pam Seymour is the Administration Officer for PrintNZ.
Pam carries out a variety of duties including organising events, processing event registrations and updating member information in our database.
Alicia Lambert is the Communications Advisor for PrintNZ and the Communications and Media ITO.
Alicia writes articles for trade media, newsletters, updates the websites and looks after the general communications and marketing needs of the organisations.

Hazel Johnson works as an Accounts Administrator for PrintNZ and the Communications and Media ITO.
Hazel carries out a wide range of tasks including invoicing and paying the bills! She also looks after some of the training administration.
