Governance

Governance

The governance of PrintNZ is member-driven, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the collective interests of the industries it represents.

Members elect a Board of Management which oversees the operation of the organisation with the roles and responsibilities outlined by the Constitution and Bylaws. The Board of Management has a rotational cycle that ensures the make-up of the Board remains fresh and representative of the priorities of the organisation.

Members are also able to participate in the Management Advisory Group which acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Management and draws on the expertise and engagement of the broader industry.

PrintNZ Board of Management (BOM)

The role of the BOM is to set the direction for and oversee the operation of the organisation. The members of the Board (excluding the position held by PrintNZ) are elected by the membership to hold those positions.

PrintNZ Management Advisory Group (MAG)

The MAG comprises representatives from each of the PrintNZ regions and technical groups, who act as a voice for the members in their specific sector/region.

Presidents of PrintNZ

Past Presidents of the PrintNZ Board are key contributors to the proud history of print in New Zealand, and served towards our industry's strong future.

Life Membership

Life Membership Award is bestowed to a small but very distinguished group of individuals who have been recognised for providing a significant period of years of continuous and extraordinary service to both PrintNZ and the printing industry.
