Team Leadership for the PRINT, PACKAGING & SIGN INDUSTRIES
New Zealand Certificate in Business Level 3 NZQA 

It is a great program, ideally suited to new supervisors and managers, or those who may have been in the role a while, but without formal training. More than ever, in this current business climate companies need to invest in their people, to retain them and keep them engaged. 

We are now filling our first print cohort for a start date of 11 June.  The course is a hybrid mix of in person, online and on-job learning and will take approximately 6 months to complete. 
The course modules include goal setting, leading a team through change, tools for problem solving and providing motivating feedback.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your team members who have stepped up into new roles or who have the potential to. Graduates will earn a New Zealand Certificate in Business (Team Leadership) Level 3.
